Knowing this I tried downloading microsoft update from microsoft.com but got an error reading; 0x80070017 I am completely lost here and tried to find the solution within microsoft.com but nothing found. Also the error numer is unkown. -- mobster.

When I get to the actual installing part it gives me a error code 0x80070017 at around 45%. I have ran a disc cleanup, Disc defrag, searched blog after blog to find out what to do. :(, I dont really feel I should pay Microsoft 59 dollars for a chat session to fix it after i just spent 150 dollars for the upgrade.
